In book week we all read stories by Roald Dahl. We read Fantastic Mr. Fox, Matilda, The Witches, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Esro Trot.

We all dressed up as wonderful Roald Dahl characters.

Mrs. Molloy was the horrible Trunchbull, the head of the school in Matilda and Mrs. Howe was the kind and beautiful teacher, Miss Honey. Mrs. Arkle was the skinny cook and she was old and dirty. Don, from the library van, was dressed as chocolaty Willy Wonka and he read us poems and he gave us chocolate bars, disguised as Dairy Milk.

After school we had a party. In one class we made tasty biscuits and in another we had a chocolate fountain. We had yummy fruit kebabs with melted chocolate, mmmmmmmmmm. Last of all we went on the brilliant laptops and went to the Roald Dahl website. Aren't we lucky!

We had a scrumdiddlyumptious party!
